How To Draw Dead-on Accurate Walls

Looking at the pictures below, it suddenly becomes clear that a wall doesn’t really have a single “wall length”.

“What are those circles around the corner points of the wall?”
The circle and the corner point determine which side/length of the wall will be preserved. The length of the wall side that is connected to that corner point won’t change.
