Support Questions
How do I activate the Professional version?
Open Easy Blue Print, go to the Settings tab, and enter your professional license key. The software will switch from Basic to Professional automatically.
Do I need to reinstall when upgrading?
No. You can upgrade an existing installation by entering your license key. Reinstallation is not required.
What should I do if the software won’t start?
Make sure you are using Windows 10 or Windows 11 and that the installation completed successfully. If the problem continues, contact support for assistance.
